Return & Refund Policy – Tech Gear Nepal

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital goods, software, or downloadable items.
• Products purchased on clearance, discount, or marked as “Final Sale.”
• Customized or personalized items.
• Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Tech Gear Nepal will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt replacement, exchange, or full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Standard shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
